Our work sits upstream of traditional change management. We have operated inside high-pressure transformation and M&A and know where transformations most commonly fail and why those risks are rarely visible early. Rather than intervening when problems surface, we focus on early risk detection and helping leaders see where misalignment, resistance, and stakeholder friction are likely to emerge, often long before they show up in any metrics.
