Slajana Jovanovska founded FILI Consulting after more than a decade leading enterprise transformation and M&A integration at some of the world’s most complex organizations.

Her track record includes leading the enterprise change program for the $13B GSK Consumer Healthcare joint venture with Pfizer, managing global integration complexity, and guiding one of Adobe’s largest technology transformations impacting thousands worldwide.
